Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nasekh Desktop ("Software") and its associated cloud gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. License Grant & Single-Seat Policy

Subject to payment of the applicable subscription or license fee, Nasekh grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software. Each subscription grants one (1) active hardware seat at a time. Licenses can be transferred between machines via the application settings.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Software or cloud AI services to:

• Process, transcribe, or generate illegal, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass digital license controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent your license key or sub-key credentials to unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights in all source audio files, documents, scanned images, transcripts, and translations processed using Nasekh Desktop.

6. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive API usage. Terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
